Great day on JPP!!!

[Fish'n what bites]

Launched out of Stewart's Ferry Pike launch at around 10 and drifted with minnow tipped jigs all day. My wife caught almost all the fish. Started off decent catching a 3lb LM and a yellow bass. My wife caught 2 small crappie and had a monster scream drag off the spinner before losing it on the first drift.
That was the end of my catches but the watching my wife as she went on to catch 7 13"+ crappie and at least 5 more throw backs. Hooked into a 22" Hybrid and 24" Striper and landed them. That was a fight for her, bad shoulder and all. Had one break off in between those two catches also.
Great day out on the lake watching my wife catch those big fish. Now if I can do better next time out.

Congrats on the good day. Those two fish she is holding up just about make the day by their selves. I fished out of stewarts today and only caught 7 crappie with 6 being keepers over 12"

I had a great day also, fished on the bank near Nashville Shores wadding, 30 white bass, 25 crappies, 4 hybrids and 2 bluegills. The cooler was full.
