Default jpp today smith springs

fished today and launched smith springs, upon entering smith springs go up the road and there stands a brand new pay shed like they have at anderson road..anybody have any idea when it will be operational..the problem is not the fee its the hours...the one at anderson doesn't open till 7am and closes at 6pm so there goes the morning and evening bite. my report for today...beautiful weather, 1 bass, water murky and 46 - 52 degrees.

Well isn't that a bunch of crap. Good thing I fish from a kayak, who needs boat ramps?

You will still have to pay to use the area.

Unless they come up with a floating tollbooth that can catch a kayak I'm not paying for anything.

A caller was on http://southernwoodsandwaters.com/ and talked about this. I think my friend Hugh was going to investigate? Email him at hugh@southernwoodsandwaters.com he may be able to find something out soon. I don't ever use that ramp but I know there's a lot of concern about whats going on??
