Default Gonna have to hit the Caney soon

Well it is looking like either the end of April or the end of May, I will be down for anywhere from 6-12 weeks due to hip surgery. (Looking like the end of April)

I have GOT to fish the Caney before I have surgery. No way I can wait till I recover to do it !!!

With how much water is being released and how much coming in,maybe in 4-6 weeks.
Being out that long for total hip is kind of long. It is one of the easiest ortho surgeries to get over. So,maybe you will be out just a few weeks and back fishing.
Good luck on that surgery.I am with my wife's uncle now in Springfield who had taken a fall and broke his hip and had it replaced.
I just wish he was doing better but his lung cancer and chemo is not helping.
I am with you on wanting to get on the Caney,I am having withdrawals.

Sounds like a good time if there ever was one to have a surgery. You know your not the only one missing out.

Are you just looking for trout in general? I am finding more and more pan fish moving around here and heck even creek chubs are fun on light fly rod. Fix is a fix right..?

Yeah gonna be a while for the Caney to get right. Got to love pan fishing with the UL. Fish are beginning to stir at Williamsport.
