Very nice, if RoboCop had a reel that would be the one. What species are you targeting with it?

Bass, trout, whatever bites lol. Its 4.7 oz, feels light as a feather yet solid and super smooth.

Very nice. I have the Aldebaran BFS Limited on order, and was thinking about the Aldebaran 51, but I was to late on the pre order. So now I'm drooling over the new Conquests, but $450 for a reel is about my limit. I've never had a DC reel and the Metanium DC sure looks nice. If I could just sell all the reels I have and just start over I would have all Japanese reels.

Where do you have your pre order at? If its at Japantackle you are overpaying IMO. I also plan on getting the BFS Limited when it comes out in may.

Cheap shipping, fast service, price is based on yen\dollar ratio. Got my new alde for 287 shipped. Three business days later, its here.

I'm in trouble now. If it wasn't for wrecking the Subaru, and Pre-Ordering an ATTAK this week I could have really done some damage there. I really want a Metatanium, and A Calcutta DC, and Metatanium DC.

Conquest 50DC is on my list. Now you know where you can save some money over Japantackle

How's the shipping cost, and time frame from Japan Lure Shop? Their prices are great.

I checked that site out and they have some good prices no doubt. I compared some of the reels I would buy to the Digitaka site. While Japan Lure Shop is cheaper by 15 bucks shipping is free from Digataka. Japan Lure does not stock any rods I would use but have fired them off an email asking for a quote on one and will compare it to the sites I use. I look at several sites each day for sales. One thing I have learned is if you see one you better take it. I bought a Megabass Shoreluck for 32,900 yen and many sites are selling it at 50,000 yen. I kept watching a Nissan Yume Dreams Special on Plat and at Christmas it was 30,000 yen. I kept looking everyday but did not press buy and shortly after Christmas I went to the site to buy and it was back up to 51,000 yen. I really wanted that rod. I looked and looked and the only price I could find was 51,000 yen. I messed up there. Same with the Yamaga Blanks Blue Current TZ....only a little different story. I did get the 6'10" model and wanted the 6'5" model after I saw how good a rod it is. But they are gone and the rod has been replaced with a cheaper model. The moral of the story here is if you snooze you do lose...LOL.

Regards

I just came across http://digitaka.com/ this morning, I like the USD listed on the other sites.

I just picked up a Daiwa SS SV just to see what the SV Spool hype is all about.
