I had just about rather have a bad case of heartburn than to fish at Priest. If I must, I promise you it will be during the week and never on the weekend. I am fortunate to be self-employed and can afford to take a day or two off randomly to go fishing when the bite is on.

As I see it, there are so many water interests on Priest, and ALL of them wanting to enjoy their sport at the same time. Kayaks, canoes, tin cans, jet skis, jet boats, bass boats, cruisers and houseboaters...and most want to launch at Elm Hill.

I'll take Kentucky Lake all day, every day. I can put in at Mason's, Lucas Harbor, or Cuba Landing depending on how far I want to drive, and always have a great day on the water.
