Jefferson Springs is notorious for that problem. The sign is when you see guys backing their trucks in along the parking spaces that border the woods. It should already look suspicious, a bunch of guys backed in at a boat ramp. No boat, no fishing gear, just sitting in their vehicles. From what I hear they hang around there and wait until the crowds leave and it's a nasty scene.

I've never been approached, I guess I'm ugly to them haha. Fine by me, I'm more interested in what my wife has to offer anyway.
