You guys need to start letting me know about the HVAC. I work at Roscoe Brown in the boro. Outside sales on HVAC and Spray Foam Insulation.

How about water heaters came home tonight with mine leaking in the garage? 7 years old not sure how long they should last

Yes, we also do plumbing and drain cleaning. 7 yrs . Is getting some age on it. In middle TN our water quality varies greatly so you would be amazed by what the inside of the tank looks like as far as build/up if it hasn't been serviced regularly.

My water heater started leaking from the high pressure pop off. I replaced valve and a week later leak again. Come to find out my water pressure reducing valve gave out and pressure was 85 pounds. I replaced it and so far so good.
