Looks like you all had a blast. I had a gathering of my own to attend with my family so I couldn't make it but I really hope to make the next one, especially if free fishing gear is being handed out

I want to thank everyone that came out, and was able to enjoy this fine day. I am pleased with how it went and I don't think it could have gone much better. This was much easier than I thought it was going to be due to everyone who wanted to volunteer. I'm not going to thank everyone individually, but I want to thank everyone as a whole. I do want to thank TK for this fine site we have, and a place I feel at home while online and when in person around all you fine people. I want to thank Trout Magnet, Woody (tacklemake), and Chad Hoover with Hook1. I look forward to catching some fish on Woody's hairjigs. The food, fellowship, and weather was phenominal Saturday.

I'm looking for tips on the next one, so if you want to PM me I'll take them into consideration, or if someon else wants to host one they are really easy Should we keep it to one, or maybe two? I'm open to any ideas.

Looks like you guys had yet another successful event with fellowship and great food, not to mention some goodies that were given out. I hope to make one of these so I can meet some of you face to face. And get more tips on striper fishing

I truly appreciated the event. I am relatively new to this community but it sure felt like a family reunion. Jeremy and Sarah were great hosts! TK has provided us with a great community to share our common interest. Alpha and TM out did themselves along with Woody and Chad Hoover with Hook1. With all the great swag there should be a lot of success stories or lies for many posts to come and the next event! God bless each one of you and thank you for your kind words prayers over the last few months for my parents.

Thanks to all who made this event happen.
Due to a family illness and a possible trip to KY to deliver a tentative sale of some Craigs List goods I had not committed to attend. The buyer called Saturday am and backed out. My wife called to report that her brother was doing fine. She suggested that I get out and meet some new friends at the outing.
Meet friends I did. Upon arrival I was greeted by TK. As I wandered about meeting others I realized just how wonderful this group is. I feel as if I have a new family.
My new best friend just may be the Snorkster.

Thanks again for the site, planning, food, cooking, gifts and anything I missed.

I had a blast as well, thanks to everyone else who contributed to the success of the event. And for those that missed it here are 2 of the cats we ate that I caught that morning. Thanks again Jim for showing me that trick, and Randy for the crappie it was well received at our Bible Study last night.

It sure looks like everyone had a great time. I hate that I missed it. I wish there was a way to attach names to the pictures. I would like to have a face with the posts. This is such a great site! Thanks TK.
