I have been told by several anglers the best trolling baits for walleye are the Berkley Flicker Shad. I have no idea what the best color would be. I would like to try below the dam when the walleye make a spawning run there. Definitely would be a night bite then. Also fishing the rip rap in front of the dam "lake side" would be worth a try with large minnows at night. Probably from a boat would be safest.
