I did not previously respond when Skillet posted for my benefit. I thought they might be stockers that he was putting in a pond. Also wondered it they were bait.

Didn’t say I was proud. Just showing that I can catch a mess. I found a hole below the dam that is almost always loaded with those little cats. I actually gave those to a Mexican family that was fishing.

So I put in up at Lock 4, figuring cats can't count and set jugs around the channel drop using shrimp at 6+- feet deep...caught three nice cat, but partner let one go at the boat??? Worked a craw-fish color jig around the transition zones and caught a few small bass, Partner threw a crank and caught a few Warmouth and Bream. Had fun till the sun got us around mid day.

Those were caught from lock 3 bank...I been fishing woodys cove since.....1992...Always been called "Catfish Haven" by us,lol!
