I was referring to the Cedar Creek that is near Hunters Point (231 bridge above Lebanon). They close it every year as a Waterfowl sanctuary. I'm thinking November 11 till some time in February. The first year I fished the area I was in and out of there all winter, then one day I decided to stop and read the sign...Oops.

The last couple of posts remind me of when I was working around Daytona a few years ago and I was talking to one of the locals and he said something to the effect that he was glad that they had banned thongs at the beech. I guess he saw the puzzled look on my face that pretty much said "now that's a darn shame", because he went on to explain that in years leading up to the ban more dudes were showing up wearing thongs at the beach than chicks.

Ah thanks for clarifying.
