I've seen float planes doing touch and goes and take offs and landings on JPP on two different occasions.

One was last spring in the evening by LaMarr Hill and the other was between Long Hunter and Bryant's Grove.

Probably from the National Guard base in Smyrna.

There was a small one that took off / landed at the Y camp at Smith Springs two years ago.

Yeah he had a ton of what appeared to be flood lights of some kind on it. Probably light them babies up pretty good to fling an arrow thru something. Lol. Good times right there!

He has lights all over it! Definitely bowfishing.
