I'm for postponing it. Sarah and I were talking yesterday about the heat and how we thought it should be postponed for safety reasons. I'm still planning on making it if its on, but if it is postponed for Sept/Oct when we hopefully have more water and cooler temps I would be fine with that. I'm just looking at the safety side of things with the low water levels and extreme heat.

I myself would rather wait until some safer temps are in the air!

I am cool with whatever. I am usually busy on weekends so I was pumped I could make it, but completely understand postponing due to circumstances.

Postponing might be the best decision. If it is postponed I will likely fish Saturday morning anyway but start and finish earlier.

Sounds good about postponement. I'm still gonna eat watermelon though.

I'm still up for it because we're starting at 5am for stripers and quitting around 10:30. Forget hanging out in the park to eat and sweat in 107 degrees. No offense but I'll get to meet you all another time haha. I'm going home after the fishing and back to sleep. We should try this again around October when it starts to cool off and the fishing will be better anyway.

It's completely understandable if it's postponed, but I'm fine either way. I've actually already cleared the schedule for Saturday morning, so I'm going to fish either way...I just may "accidentally" forget to tell my wife it's been rescheduled if that's what ends up happening...sssshhhhhhh....
