Default Old Hickory Wed 9-17

On water at 11am at Saundersville Ferry. Talked with 2 people who had fished from daylight to 11 both said little or no luck with LM. Ran up just beyond 109 bridge and fished our way back to ramp (no current all day). Tried rock banks, docks, creeks, creek mouths and river ledges. Baits used were rattle traps, lip less cranks, deep cranks, 3/8 - 1/2oz texas worms, jigs and pitching 3/8oz D Bombs. Only fish was juvenile on rattle trap and a few taps on D Bomb. At the ramp at 6pm, talked to Ian Huey who was guiding a person pre-fishing for an up coming tournament and they also had on 3-4 fish above 15".

Oh well it's coming soon...great day to be on the water!

Jim
