Default Caney fork Sluice

The sluice at Center Hill Dam is discharging 250CFS until further notice. My question is will this prevent wade fishing during periods of no generation?
It shows the elevation to be 497, that seems high for 250CFS. Seems like its normally 495 with the generators off.

Thanks,

Jon

250 CFS on the Caney is a "drop in the bucket", will only help the fishing and flow but won't affect wading.

250 cfs makes the fishing so much better. Went this morning for around 4 hours and was able to catch 41 nice trout. One brown was just over 20" and 3 others around 17-18". And I was wading.
