Im sure you will be fine though. However i would suggest a little history on the american alligator. I recommend the movie Lake Placcid. The only difference is the gators in florida are bigger.

Man, don't talk like that. I'm already convinced I'm going to get knocked out of the yak by a gator. If that does not happen I'm going to get knocked out of the yak by a shark while fishing the bay. The good thing is that at least I will die while doing something I love......
