Had a great Saturday
I had a great Saturday 3-31-18 fishing a small watershed lake across the state line up in Ky.Got to lake about 11 am and it was sunny and so windy that I didn't launch the kayak and just fished from the bank.And it turned out that the bank is where the bass were,everything I caught was right on the bank.I left about 3pm for a late lunch and fished elsewhere for a while and caught 8 nice trout and went back about 6pm after wind died down and put in the kayak.I ended up with 6 nice Bass from 2&1/4 lb to 3&1/2 lb plus about 10 small bass.Also lost 3 nice bass.All were on my Mepps or lipless crankbait.
