You ain’t ever been in the boat with me, so you don’t know how I hook them. And it all depends on what I’m using. Moving baits I sweep to the side, plastics I go straight up and cross their eyes!! Always use braid with a flouro leader and I try my damnedest to pull them out of the water and straight in the boat!! Like Fatcat Newton...BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!!! 😂😂

That is one funny dude. Have you seen the video where a reporter interviewed him at the classic last year? Hilarious. I may try the braid to flouro as I imagine I will detect more bites in deep water and have less stretch. I think part of my problem is I love to make long casts and add that with fishing deep might be an issue.
