With thousands of dollars in tackle in the arsenal, and countless studies of wind, temperature, and other conditions, I have come to the realization that when they're hungry - they're gonna eat.
Flipping crappie jigs Sunday on a slip bobber 4 FOW around stake beds and a strong NW wind in 44 degree air temp, this girl needed a snack. Didn't know she was hooked for a minute, then game on. Ripping drag and doing all she could but 4# test proved to be too much to defeat.
