I definitely want to try trolling over the bar. I don't know much about how to troll it. We don't fish Stripers like most people do. Our style is to find some current rolling by some structure and spotting stripers on the Lowrance, then we park right over the top of them and drop a live bait about a foot above their heads. It can be a boring trip if they have lock jaw. We've learned exactly what it looks like when they are catchable. Had some really good luck this year with the amount of water they've been pulling. Without it, we'd be sunk. Some guys on here are great at trolling. I wish they would take me and show me the ropes!
