The cumberland has some beasts in it no doubt! my biggest smallie in TN came from below Old Hickory dam in february from the bank on the rip rap. That was a true toad! no tape measure, scale nothing. Took a pic on a tackle bag but it did it no justice with nothing practical to see the size proportion.
I love that river! always been pretty good to me!
