Catching them is not the problem, finding skipjack is the problem
If you find them busting they're pretty easy to catch with a Sabiki rig or Double curly tail jigs about 12-18" apart on 1/8 ounce jig heads. Dialing in the right speed is key. I find they usually like a burning fast retrieval.
