Also a side note. I have only been able to find 2 areas like this but if you can find the gizzard shad in very shallow water then you need to fish it pretty hard. The two feeder creeks I have found with the gizzard shad have been by far the best producers for quality. Pretty slow last week but these 2 areas have produced at least on 3-5 lb bass almost every trip. A few trips have produced some nice 12-15 lb bags. The best way I have found to figure out if there is gizzard shad present is to fish as far back as I can and then crank up the big motor. The vibration of the motor will have those gizzard shad acting like Asian carp. They will be jumping out of the water everywhere if they r there
