Honestly if it were me and the sluice isn't running thats where i would go with my trip. Sluice no way if its on i haven't checked. I have fished with 14 or 15k running through gens in the pond no issue just higher.
Gar move in there to with trout and striper on high water. Points are points even if its gar.
