But they stock almost every species of fish. I don't think the population of fishermen would like to have to buy supplemental licenses for:
Catfish
Crappie
Walleye
Hybrids
Striped Bass
Largemouth Bass
Smallmouth Bass
Spotted Bass
That would get a bit ridiculous...
