Then it would be similar to Bedford Lake, Williamsport Lakes, etc. I don't think it would just get covered up with fishermen. TWRA should manage it and it would be a great fishing lake. The small TWRA managed lakes are plenty peaceful despite plenty of bank fishermen and canoe/kayak anglers.
Now, duck hunting may be pushing it
