I think it is a very beautiful bridge .. Entry gates, Light post.. What do you have against small cities .....I have driven over the old bridge for 40 years and I think it is a greatly needed improvement and especially the elegance of yester Year ... I really don't understand "building a bridge over it ??" <'TK><
