I use two fillet knives ... I have a 15 year old 12 VDC cord type Rapala with two sets of blades different lengths etc. ... My favourite ... Nice ergonomic handle and electrical adapters ... and well made ... Quality and this is the one I use to fillet Fish ... Now the latest and greatest Rapala is the cordless with chargers ... Even better ... But pricey .. $$ ..

I also have a American Angler 110 VAC unit that I used for years for fish but retired it to the house for hams, Turkey, etc. ... It is about 20 Years old .. It is cheap .. It is like trying to hold a Baseball Bat at the fat end ... But is has always done it's thing ... Just my 2 cents worth .... <'TK><
