Dang. I should have known (April 1), although I didn't notice the TARP qualifier length.. I fished there for over an hour there yesterday. It felt good to be fishing in formal dress.
That spot is only 5 min away from my work place..caught two tiny bluegills on TM.
I can fish that spot in my lunch break...does it have any fish there in Mill Creek? Didn't see any big ones except one which I could not identify. It wasn't interested in TM is all I can say.
