I put out over twenty 5 gallon buckets with bamboo this past fall on JPP. The Side imaging folks find them fast. People also watch where people fish
and go back the next day. What I am saying is there are no secrets on that lake. I will gladly trade coordinates with you. I fish during the week.

One of the older renowned guides showed me where his brush was. He put his out in the upper end of coves all the way across in a straight line, basically the same concept as what you are planning. All have long since rotted. They were fun for a while.

I have experienced larger crappie in the lower end of the lake north of Hobson Bridge.
