That's going to be a tough, tough place to do a watertight repair. You could try doing a patch with the E-6000 and then cover it with a few coats of Aquaseal inside and out, and that might do it. I suspect you might be looking at a new pair of waders though.
Instead of going with neoprenes, consider getting a pair of Gore-Tex waders and just layering insulated warm clothing underneath. The waders will give you a little more versatility that way.
By the way, nice job on the bass. Creek fishing in winter can be TOUGH. I'm not going to ask what creek for obvious reasons, but how deep were the holes where they were holding?
