Some good eats there! I didn't realize TN had Tilapia or that they could even handle the colder water in winter. I thought they were strictly FL/TX fish.
A friend of mine arrowed a Mullet below Ky Dam several years ago. I was in awe enough to call Ky Fish & Wildlife to tell them about it. They said "yeah, they've been turning up for a few years now," ... you just never know what surprizes are underwater!
