No matter ... As a USCG Captain .. and nav regs ... The COE is sending wrong messages ... Red Buoys are the Starboard side traveling upstream ... If the COE is putting any kind of Red Buoy on the port side which should be Green ... They are creating a Navigational Disaster .. ...
The Barriers should be Orange ... It appears we have the blind leading the blind here ...
Since the County and TWRA will not enforce the COE by the over taking of our Federal Gov (Thank Goodness) ... Unless you see a USCG Vessel enforcing this illegal action ... Ignore the COE ... They may bully you but they have no jurisdiction !!! <'TK><
