You did not ask if you could now buy a senior license. You only asked if you should. My answer was based on your limited input. I had to assume that you were not 65 when you got the last license.
Now read carefully.

I do not know if you can buy two license in a single year. I am betting that you can.
Also, I do not think the license exempts us from the daily fee at all lakes.
