I forgot that I do have a pack of the small flukes that get used on a drop shot rig. So there are actually three different ways I have fished them.
As far as where, the large flats on OH are good and once the small shad start hiding in the grass or around boat docks will skip it under them or throw it way back in the grass and jump it out.
