I pretty much gave up on Marrowbone last year. I've caught the odd trout, many sunfish, lots of catfish, and maybe 10 bass there (including the one in my avatar) -- thing is, if you're targeting bass it's a lot of work for very little action. There are far too many high action waterways to waste time there (though I would consider bringing kids for the sunfish).
I wonder if the constant stocking of trout has adversely affected the bass fishing. I've chatted with old timers who insist it used to be a prime bass lake.
