I dont know how many of you saw the channel 5 special on this but it seems as if the Corps is 1 step ahead of us. Instead on anyone enforcing this law they will string buoys across the river to keep people out. I guess will will have to come up with another idea. I just hate to think that the pond will be totally off limits even when the are not generating. Sad day!!!!!
