I'll be joining that group within the next few years. Had surgery on my right knee a few years ago to repair a torn medial meniscus and when they went in, the doc found arthritis and told me it was just a matter of time for me before I'll be looking at knee replacement. And the ironic part is, he said most of, if not all of the damage, was caused by the running/jogging I did when I was younger.
