I would like to see this make it to State level, and more local than just World Record.
You don't have to kill a fish to certify IGFA World Record (Length).

With this you can ensure happy release of your fish. I have the Boga Grips also that I had certified at the IGFA last spring. It's a great place to spend a couple weeks vacationing also.
