Not sure what area of the state you are looking at but Center Hill Lake about 60 miles east of Nashville is probably a good choice. It is a clear, fairly deep water reservoir which has largemouth,smallmouth, walleye, crappie and numerous other species.

There are several marinas where you can dock your boat and lots of real estate for sale.
