Where the stones meets the Cumberland
Anyone ever fish down there? Thinking about making a trip up that way later this week. Judging by the map you have to park by the water plant or whatever it is right there and walk down. Is it a long walk? Can you get down to the shore to fish? Any help is appreciated as usual! Thanks.

Where Stones meets the Cumberland
Most people cross the greenway pedestrian bridge and fish from that side. There are not many places to fish from the water plant side except at the boat ramp and at the pedestrian bridge.

If you park in the parking area closest to the water plant and follow the trail across the pedestrian bridge out to the point where you can walk down to the mouth you are looking at 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile would be my guess.

Its about a ten minute walk to that point of Cumb-Stones- unless you have a bike :)

It's close to a mile maybe, it's not to bad. I live close to that area it's a nice little spot to fish.

The bike is a great idea, but where would I put my nine tackle boxes?
