Old Hickory Lake fishing report 6/23/2014

My good friend Melvin and I went out early this morning looking for bass and found them. We both were using a 3/8 oz football shaky head in black with 6" worm and I also was using a white lizard on the same shaky head and a black lizard on a worm hook. We started at the cove at lock 3 and ended up at the mouth of RocklIn creek. That's where most of the LM bass came from in 17' to 22' of water. We caught 11 LM bass from 1lb to 3lb and I also caught a nice flat head catfish and all of the fish where released for another day.So till the next time out good luck fishing and GOD BLESS..............WOODY
