Novice Turkey Hunter

Hey guys! I'm thinking about spending some time in the woods this week after some turkey but I really have no clue what I'm doing. Anybody have any advice on what to look for when selecting a spot? There are a couple spots in priest wma with some small open areas adjacent to the lake that I have been checking out on google earth but I'm pretty sure they get heavy pressure. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Can you hunt and camp on center hill since it is not a wma or does the enter/exit timing still apply?

Scout wherever you plan to hunt if you can.. Look for scratches. Find a tree on the tree line that is wider than you with good cover and only use hen decoys.
