A slow day
 

I fished for crappie for 4 hours starting at 5:30 am. The fish count was 2 small hybrids and 1 crappie. One of the hybrids hit and felt like a hybrid. It hit near the surface. The other was hugging the bottom and he fought like a crappie. The crappie hit in 2 foot of water between the cracks of rocks. I pitched it out there and it thumped it. I caught them all on the new color crappie magnets I got yesterday.

What are hybrids hitting right now?

I fished today for crappie probably close to creekcrappie. Was a god day to be outside but no fish. My first time out this year due things beyond my control.
