I'm most impressed with filleting 91 bluegills in 45 minutes. That's less than 15 seconds per fillet with no breaks. I don't think I could do them that fast even with an electric knife.

Man that is cool HH!!, some of my fondest childhood memories is chasing gills with my Dad and Uncle!!, you must be a very skilled man with a knife to fillet all those gills in such a short time!! those plates make me hungry, can't beat fried gills with all the fixings!!yuuummm!!!

I have filleted 1 or 2 fish in my day. My dad said it was closer 55 minutes. I use an electric knife. they are delicious to eat.
