Crappie Magnet

Just when I thought the TM was my new go to lure I went and picked up the CM kit. This is a great lure so far, fished it today at JPP after work for an hour from bank. Caught large gills, 3 LM, hybrid, yellow belly, crappie. Quite a few of each. Just slowly twitching w/o float. I bought an extra pack of the purple-pink color that didn't come with kit and the small CM hooks for slow fall in water. Have any of you ever used these for trout?

Never used them for trout but have caught some big bluegills on the CM's. They are what I slow troll with in summer for suspended crappie. Next time you get some more jig heads get the double cross (round) CM jighead. Its a better/sharper hook.

Killer Klatt is an awesome color.

Never tried them for trout. That "Midnight Blue" is a great color.
