Do they shut down river access by boat in front of riverfront during concerts?

I don't think they do... They didn't during the CMAs.

Ok thanks. There's a two day music festival and some bands i like are playing. I figured id get close and catfish.

Did anyone use any of the ramps on the Cumberland from old hickory dam to Nashville and if so were they full or more trailers than usual?
