Water closed to boats below Cordell Hull dam
 

Had a buddy of mine tell me they ran him off from below the dam the other day, so I called resource managers office and they confirmed that the water closed to boats and bank fisherman below Cordell Hull dam for construction. From the ramp to the dam.

Well dang I am off next week for Fall Break and was going to go after some skippies out there.

When did they stop boat traffic. I fished there last Friday.

Not sure of exactly when, they ran my buddy off Monday, I called resource office yesterday. He was fishing around the lock. I went by ramp yesterday afternoon and there is a sign at the ramp.

is the bank fishing shutdown on the lock side and powerhouse side?

Dont know for sure about lock side, has been shut down for about a month on powerhouse side.
