Stewart creek on Preist
 

Put the Kayak in at Stewart creek this morning went ou to the mouth, and caught a five pounder on a KVD 1.5 crankbait!!!

Awesome! I love getting hits on a crankbait. It doesn't happen often for me. a 5 pounder must be have been a nice thrill.

I told you guys about the KVD 1.5, I have been wearing them out with the sexy shad. WTG great catch!

Did you put in at the ballpark? Is the water deep enough through there not to have to wade now?

I put in at the fishing area boat ramp and paddled out to the mouth,
so the north wind would blow me back down the bank. The big Bass
pulled my Kayak around for a couple of minutes before I could land it!!
The craw color I think, the top of the bait was the same color of the fish and the bottom was
orange!

You can not go wrong with the sexy shad! Caught this 4.3 Spot on OH on a KVD 1.5 sexy shad. And if you look at all my post of fish caught, you will see a KVD 1.5 sexy shad hanging out of their mouths!
