Yesterday Terry and I had a great day catching atleast 20 Smallmouth and Largemouth ...But...we couldn't put a big one in the boat. Smallmouth-Largemouth-Hybrid-Black Nose Crappie-Channel Cats-hand size blue gill......we had to catch 60 or more combined easy. Today we used VMC Bait Keeper Hooks www.vmchooks.com 6lb Sufix Pro Mix www.sufix.com and yes ALL THE FISH was caught on the Pro Mix.....if your not using this line you are missing the boat...small diameter-limp-comes of the spool like silk and very strong. The Blacknose were all clones weighing between 1 1/2to 2lbs each. Water temp was 71 with a north wind and air temp in the high 50's and mid 60's. 2 great days.
